ABOUT ME

Mario Rieker

Hello, my name is Mario and I recently finished my study in the course "Internet of Things - design of networked systems".
Now you're probably wondering what a study in "Internet of Things" looks like?
Basically it's a Bachelor degree in User-Experience-Design with a focus on connected devices, applications and services. The University of Design in Schwäbisch Gmünd is the first University to offer such a forward-thinking course by combining the user-centered design approach with the trending topic of connected devices and services in the IoT.
The conception, design and implementation of user-centered products and prototypes are the main focus of my study course. Furthermore we use Design Thinking and Prototyping to develop strong concepts and realistic prototypes – the goal is always to find the best solution(s) for the users problems.
